Organization Management

Dr. Michael S. Nhim, the Executive Director has playing multiple key- roles to demonstrate organizational and management skills, update organizational policies, structures and guidelines, and strengthen the financial management capacity towards his goal of the accountability and transparency. These are necessary aspects of being good governance and essential elements for a sustained organization able to build trust with its beneficiaries, donor and partners. He is the one of our leaders, activists and lawyers to scaling up PADV to its innovative development approaches with a long term strategy planning for a further decade. His commitment has been appraised and appreciated by the Board of Directors, Donors and relevant working institution including the Governmental sector, Media sector, Private Sector and its NGO’s networking within Cambodia and International level. Dr. Michael S. Nhim and his colleagues have worked hard to establish its next three years strategy planning 2010 – 2012 on the Violence Against Women and Against Domestic Violence based for other Developments. It will provide Non Formal Education, Primary Health Care and Micro-Credit to firstly the target closed group and secondly to the local poor people.

 

Programs Development
Dr. Michael S. Nhim and the program staff have developed and expanded many networks and programs to the target areas, and from that the programs have been running and implemented in a professional manner with its impact deliveries accordance the demands and needs of the beneficiaries, stakeholders and donors.

 
 

Staff
PADV’s staff has been increased in numbers continuously from year to year with its building capacity on strategic planning, project design, report writing, good governance, and financial management which is mainly focused on accounting systems and accounting software. Furthermore, Dr. Michael S. Nhim has set up the open-door welcome all committed individual who are interested in community works. The learning volunteers and professional volunteers have been received and joined with the programs and the organization that identified working hard to fulfil organisation’s work requirement and the needs of the victims and beneficiaries.

 
 

Office
PADV have moved to the new office which is a better place, and it is very convenient for each program to organize their work. It is also an easy way for our victims, clients and partners to find where it is. Please see at contact us webpage, you will find more detail information.

Family Protection Network Program (S-R)

  • Participants have reformed the vision from “Domestic Violence is individual problem” to “Domestic Violence is Society Problem”
