1- SET UP NETWORK MEMBERS
Set up Family Protection Network (FPN) members
The first time of activities, the project staff discussion with the district and commune authorities to set up FPN members to protect and prevent domestic violence victims and other forms of abuse. |

2- CONDUCT COMMUNITY EDUCATION SESSION (CES)
Conducted Community Education Session (CES) with adults and children (grassroots) at 78 villages of Dambae district, Kampong Cham province with the topics as Gender, Domestic Violence, Trafficking, Rape, Sexual Harassment and Drug addiction and other supplemental topics as Marital abuse, alcohol, peace building, community help community and anger management to increase their understanding how to prevent and protect them selves and their families from other abuses.

3- CAPACITY BUILDING ON LAW TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES
PADV staff has provided capacity building on relevant law such as domestic violence, trafficking, drug addiction, rape, and sexual harassment to local authorities such as village chief, commune councils, commune policemen, district policemen, district woman’s affair chief, district health centre chief so that they have been able to intervene domestic violence, trafficking, drug addiction, rape and sexual harassment cases on time.
4- PROVIDE DIRECT COUNSELING SERVICE, EMERGENCY FUND, REFERRAL AND HOME VISIT TO FOLLOW UP CASES:
FPNP staff provides direct counseling service to the victims of domestic violence, rape, sexual harassment and trafficking and domestic violators so that they have self confidence and have good decision making in their lives to live in dignified society. At the mean time, we provided emergency fund to poorest victims include transportation fee, food, and treatment fee and administrative fee at court. If the victims need safe shelter, we are referring victims to social services with NGO networks. Besides, we often conduct home visit to follow up cases whether they are better or not.
CASE STUDY:
 
Mr. Th Gn and Mrs. L Ph has been a couple for along time with 8 children and lived on the land of their relatives and moved from one place to another place because of they have had DV frequently. At the early 2009, they both have often had domestic violence; during a week they came to find out service from PADV staff once or twice to help solve their problem. She said that her husband rarely helped her to earn income and household chore. Moreover, her husband always drank alcohol and hit her to injure seriously at that time PADV staff cooperated with commune councils and policemen to solve this case. Mr. Th Gh was arrested by policemen to contract to stop using DV. One day, his wife cannot bear her husband’s abuse. Therefore, she hit her husband injury too. After PADV staff has provided counseling and home visit frequently to them; they have understood the need of each other and gender role in family and society. They have changed behavior and helped each other to earn income and they have planned to buy motorcycle and own land.

5- PUBLIC FORUM
Conducted Public Event with adults and children in and out of school include policemen, district woman’s affair chief, local authorities, school directors, teachers, parent and child representatives and students. The topic we have done 16-day campaign violence against women and children.

6- CONDUCT TOT WORKSHOP WITH COMMUNITY FACILITATORS

PADV staff has selected communewoman’s affair chief and commune assistants as community facilitators and we have provided TOT workshop on ELC skill, listening skill, questioning skill, feedback skill, facilitating skill, and some lessons such as Gender, Trafficking, Rape, Drug addiction, Sexual harassment, and domestic violence so that they have been able to spread out their knowledge to grassroots in particularly adults and children. |

7- C ONDUCT REFRESHER WORKSHOP WITH COMMUNITY FACILITATORS
After we have provided TOT workshop to community facilitators and then they participated in dissemination with PADV staff at villages. We observed that they are not still able to spread out their knowledge why we provided refresher workshop so that they have opportunity to practice with altogether and in order to learn about how to give feedback and improve them selves.
8- CONDUCT CLUSTER SCHOOL WORKSHOP
PADV staff has worked with school by providing workshop to school directors, teachers, students, policemen, and local authorities on Gender, Domestic Violence, Trafficking, Drug addiction, Rape and Sexual Harassment so that teachers, local authorities, policemen and students understood each other and help to disseminate the lesson to other teachers, students, and grassroots in particularly cut down violence of teachers to students.

9- CONDUCT FOLLOW UP MEETING WITH LUSTER SCHOOL

After we have provided cluster school workshop to school directors, teachers, students, policemen and local authorities during 3 months we have had meeting to collect report from them to clarify they disseminated or not. |

10- CONDUCT MOBILE MOVIES
 |
Mobile Movies were conducted at villages on Educational Spot and Educational stories related DV, Rape, Trafficking and Gender. After finishing the participants understand about how escape and intervene of other cases. |

| 11- CONDUCT MOBILE LIBRARY |

The child participants took part to read books, play puzzle games, and play sport altogether before and after this activities staff integrated good manner, self sanitation, and how to escape from DV, Trafficking, Rape, Drug addiction and Sexual harassment so that they understand how to escape DV, Trafficking, Rape, Drug addiction and sexual harassment. |

12- CONDUCT QUARTERLY MEETING
 We have conducted quarterly meeting and the participants as commune policemen, commune councils, village chief, parent and child representatives, they reported about all forms of abuse cases and share experience each other about how to intervene and solve problems on time. Toward cases were not solved they were going to solve next month or next quarter. Besides, they discussed how to make their community with sustainability. |

13- CONDUCT MID-TERM MEETING
We have conducted mid-term meeting for every six months and participants as district woman’s affair chief, district policemen, district governor, district health care center chief, all commune councils and policemen, village chief, parent and child representative. Objective of Mid-term Meeting is to strengthen good cooperation between PADV staff and FPNP member at villages and communes level and exchange lesson learnt and experience, to report result of implementation during last 6 months, and to find out strength, and improvement points to solve altogether. |

| 14- CONDUCT MEN-WOMEN CLOSE GROUP |

Men-Women Closed Group often consists domestic violence, drank alcohol most every day, cross idea between husband and wife, not think about effectiveness of their children’s studying. After, PADV staff talked about their life plan and how to escape domestic violence. At the mean time, all of them talked about the lessons such as Gender, impact of Domestic Violence, Trafficking, Rape, Anger Management, impact of Alcohol, and Marital Rape, etc until now some of couples cut down domestic violence and drinking alcohol by converting to husband help household chores and wife help to earn income and their children can go to school. |

CASE STUDY:
Mrs. Net Norn, 37 year olds, is a member of the woman Closed Group, living in Dambae village, Dambae commune, Dambea district, and Kampong Cham province. She were married with Mr. Thoeung Dul, 40 years olds, they have two daughters are studying at school. Mr. Dul was strong jealous with his wife and not allow her to goes out alone. Very often Mrs. Norm and two daughters got emotional and physical violence from him. In 2008 with the report and requested for help from the village chief, that FPNP to invited both of them to join as members of men and women closed group.
After the 5 months the FPNP team conducted home visit Mrs. Norm with smiling face, and report that: I am so happy since both of us participated in Closed Group Discussion my husband were changed attitude and behavior. My husband stopped drinking alcohol and jealous with me. Now he work hard to earn money and afford to build a big house. I am so surprised that now he always helps household works such as cook, wash clothes; sweep the floor when I am busy. I would like to express my deep thanks to all FPNP staff that provided the important knowledge how to build the family happiness, anger management and to be peace in mind. All FPNP staffs are very happy to see the change of this family. We will negotiate them to be a role model for 2009 in this community and to help FPNP in providing good sharing experience.
