ISP is a program which provides direct information and support to victims of domestic violence who come to the PADV office in Phnom Penh as well as those who suffer from domestic violence in other target areas. |

bjectives:
To inform and educate Focal point persons so they understand domestic violence, its costs, trafficking, drug addiction, gender dissemination and service provider skills, in order to do intervention on all abuse cases and provide assistances to victims of all forms of violence.
To raise DV awareness, Gender dissemination and strengthen the capacity for the local authority to accomplish their roles in their obligation to enforce the law and to intervene all cases of viole.nce.
To raise DV awareness, gender dissemination, trafficking in person and drug addiction to Students
To raise DV awareness, Gender dissemination, the trick of child trafficking and the effect of drug addition
To increase students' understanding of DV and how to make happy family.

Sub - Activities:
Organizing training on Domestic Violence to community focal point persons, commune councils, village chiefs, district police and staff from women affairs
Provide training to Middle school students
Organize Education Session of Village Volunteers ( VV)
Organize presentations and discussions about the issues of DV and Gender related to university students
Support regular Community Service Providers Meeting (CSPM)
To build network at the communities in order to collect data of victims of all forms of abuses
To ensure that all victims will get available services from Service Providers Network (CSPN). These include the providing of emergency fund and basic counseling to victims.
Support to NGOs network meeting, to discuss, lobbying& advocate for the reinforcement of DV, women rights and trafficking, and to improvement social service for abused victims

- Kg. Cham Province : Prey Chhor and Memot districts
